In Forbes: How are Next Gen CEOs Living with Work?

How are the next generation of CEOs navigating work and life in a world that feels more unpredictable than ever?

That’s the question we set out to explore. To get a pulse on the evolving mindset of leaders today, we convened a focus group of pre-IPO CEOs and founders, diving deep into the challenges keeping them up at night—from how they’re managing the relentless demands of leadership to their personal well-being.

The findings were surprising: Rather than doubling down on hustle culture, these leaders are intentionally prioritizing their mental and physical health. Whether it’s ensuring quality sleep and making time for exercise or cultivating mindfulness and stress resilience, today’s CEOs are forging a new connection between well-being and effective leadership.

Are these wellness practices exclusive to CEOs, or could their approach inspire healthier workplace cultures for all of their employees? That question remains open—and it’s one of the key challenges leaders will need to tackle in 2025.

As Forbes put it, “Life at the top can be stressful.” Read more about our findings in their write-up
