Alana Spellman is a principal for One Strategy Group. She is an experienced integrated marketer and strategist whose work has spanned a range of global Fortune 500 companies.

Alana is focused on corporate strategy, global campaign planning and execution, DEI communications, and employee communications during transformational business change. She is a deep thinker with a keen understanding of cultural trends, audience insights, and the broader business environment dedicated to helping her teams communicate and plan impactfully.

Prior to joining One Strategy Group, Alana worked as a Strategist for BCW’s Corporate and Brand practices. There, her role included creative and campaign planning, channel strategy, and narrative building for a diverse set of clients. She also played a key role in guiding strategies across North America RFPs and furthering BCW’s marketing and growth efforts.

Alana is passionate about building inclusive and purposeful work environments for clients and colleagues alike. Prior to joining One Strategy Group, she served in leadership roles for the LGBTQ+ community to help build campaigns that drive equality and build community internally.

Alana received her B.A. in Public Policy with a minor in Business from the University of Michigan. She is currently based in New York City.
